Fee Structure:
- We charge a hourly rate for the planning of a proposal, marriage, celebration and safari trip. This ranges from 180 CHFs an hour to 240 an hour depending on how many hours you commit to, and these are to be paid for in advance of the work.
- The minimum commitment to start the planning is a batch of 10 hours at 2400 CHF. We then sell additional hours in batches of 10, 20, 50 and 100, the price declines the more hours you commit to each time.
- For attendance and destination guiding, we charge a daily rate, plus accommodation, transport and expenses. Depending on the nature of the trip or experience, we
may also charge a supplement to the daily rate for evening hours – to be discussed and confirmed ahead of the trip.
